Students may submit an online application for the academic identity card throughout the entire academic year. The academic identity card shall be available at the delivery point within five (5) working days as of the approval of the student's application by the Secretariat of the relevant Department.

The academic identity card shall remain at the delivery point for a period of two (2) months as from the date it was printed out and relevant notice was given to the student. Should the student not show up to pick it up within said period of two (2) months, the application shall be void. If the student wishes to pick up the academic identity card after the end of the two month period, a new application must be submitted and the procedure must be resumed from the beginning.
